New seasonal sites will be available for the 2011 season. The range of prices depends on the site location and size. The price range for all of our current sites is anywhere from $2300 to $3000 per year.

We currently have a few finished sites left but are planning to add about a dozen new sites as the weather permits. We hope to have them finished by late spring/early summer 2011. These sites will also offer full hook-up (electric, sewer, water) and are much larger than your “usual” site. The price for these new sites will be $2300 for the season.
